Our Experience
The Schwanke brothers began their careers in the research departments of large international recruitment consultancies. The knowledge they acquired there, the identification of suitable candidates in various target companies, is the DNA of our work.
We have constantly improved our structured search and today seven out of ten candidates placed are not active in social professional networks such as Xing or Linkedin. We are therefore able to present the best candidate available on the market.
Especially since writing to potential applicants in social networks is something that many companies can do themselves today as part of active sourcing.

As a clearly process-oriented company, our focus is always on working efficiently and purposefully.
In order to be subject to a continuous improvement process as a service provider, we have adapted all processes in our company to the ISO 9001:2015 standard and were successfully certified by TÜV Nord in 2018. The recertification took place in 2021.
From the very beginning, our company has focused on a high degree of digitalization with the aim of mapping almost all business processes digitally.
PCMS
As the core of our process landscape, our database was developed and programmed in 2011, three years after the company was founded and after around 100 completed projects, in collaboration with a recruitment consultancy friend from Hamburg and a software development company according to our needs and quality requirements in the modern programming language “Ruby on Rails”.
The database not only helps us to efficiently manage information on candidates and target companies, but is also a process management tool that speeds up processes, facilitates analysis and evaluation and makes our work more transparent for the client.
The system has been continuously developed since 2011. In terms of functionality, intuitive usability and speed, we believe the database is far superior to the standard solutions available on the market.
Project Management System
In 2019, we began using a professional project management system in addition to our database system. We treat the identification of candidates in a similar way to processes in software development and use it to speed up and refine the search.
This ensures consistent quality and allows for scalability depending on the project workload. With the help of this approach, we have also been able to successfully and quickly support larger change projects involving the development of entire departments.
For our customers, the technical advantage is reflected in above-average project processing speed and process quality.
