The PCMS database was developed in 2011 in close cooperation with a consulting company and a software-development company. Because of our specialized needs and high-quality requirements, the software engineering is based on “Ruby on Rails”.

The Database is not just useful for candidate archiving and recovery, but a complete process management tool that accelerates processes, facilitates analyses and evaluations and makes our work more transparent for the customer.

Over the years the PCMS has been continuously upgraded and improved.
