Our Approach to Direct Searches

Only a standardized process combined with extensive industry expertise and a feel for the needs and philosophy of our clients can bring us close to our goal of a “zero error” rate when filling demanding positions.

Before each search, our consultants clarify with you in detail which professional and social requirements the ideal candidate should have. This means the educational background, specialist knowledge and the exact area of responsibility. In addition, personnel responsibility, organizational classification as well as budget responsibility and remuneration.

On the basis of this briefing, we draw up a list of competitor companies in which suitable target persons for the vacancy to be filled are or could be located. In addition: which sectors could be of interest alongside the direct competition. The size of the companies often plays a role and it must be clearly determined which companies are not suitable.
